WHY F45 TRAINING?

At F45, members have access to multiple customized training systems, several different circuit movement patterns, and unique timing modules. Basically, this means that no two workouts are ever the same! Each group fitness class is led by a certified personal trainer so the workouts can be modified or progressed to suit the needs of each individual. That's why you'll see a variety of fitness levels when you visit an F45 Training studio.

THE WORKOUTS

THE F STANDS FOR FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, A MIX OF CIRCUIT AND HIIT STYLE WORKOUTS GEARED TOWARDS EVERYDAY MOVEMENT. 45 IS THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TIME FOR SWEAT-DRIPPING, HEART-PUMPING FUN.

HIIT CARDIO

  • Utilize different energy systems for a maximum burn
  • Fat blasting, muscle building, and metabolism boosting
  • Burn up to 750 cals in only 45 minutes

STRENGTH

  • Utilizes functional movement patterns
  • Each workout is designed to target power and stabilization
  • Build stronger, leaner, and more defined muscles

HYBRID

  • A combination of our favorite cardio, strength, agility, and core movements
  • Live DJ for every Saturday hybrid workout
